Total of 1950 clicks and 34100 impressions, average position: 15.9.

15th month (July):
Total of 3240 clicks and 90800 impressions, average position: 14.1.
Posts published: 4
Total of 38 posts and 37 566 words.
10% growth from June to July, which is still good.
Niche site’s Facebook page has over 800 likes and 1200 followers, in addition with a Facebook group, that now has over 300 members.

41! SALES in July.
Earned a total of 93,69€ in comissions.
Here’s a look at 26 sales through Amazon affiliate program, other 15 came from another, multiple times better affiliate program.

A total of 564 visitors visited my blog and had a total of 1108 views.
Google Analytics queries/keywords stats about the blog
In July 2021, I showed up at 499 Google search queries. Recorded a total of 160 clicks and 15 500 impressions, which calculates to a 1% CTR.

My total passive income from investments since July 2019 to July 2021:

My Mintos portfolio is now only at 434.05€ and in July it generated me 2.61€ of interests.

Bondora
In June 2018, I decided to exit from Bondora. A year has gone by and I don’t even miss Bondora! It was the first platform I started investing in with just 10.1€ being the first deposit. Crazy right? It has served me well, even though I made lots of rookie mistakes, I am exiting with positive vibes. Farewell Bondora!

Total profit from Omaraha accounts were 65.85€.
Twino
As mentioned in the 2019 December portfolio update. The EXIT from TWINO has been succesfull!
I have exited from TWINO with my 2 company accounts, which both had a total of 1000 euros invested over 3 years.
Company L account started investing at Twino on 23rd January 2017 and had a successfull exit at 8th December 2019.
L account exited with a total profit of 186,73€.
Company M account started investing at Twino on 17th January 2018 and had a successfulll exit at 8th December 2019.
M account total profit 109,19€.
My private account is still generating interest, which was 1,24€.

Received my first dividends from the Kadrioru Pllaza unit, 0.65€.
B2P loans
Just as exciting as before, the business to peers loan have been going well and the interests keep on coming!
Losses
Loss from Omaraha 29,01€.
Real-estate
Apartment #2 is SOLD, selling date was in the middle of September 2019.
Total investment 37 450€.
Property #2 sold for a price 41 300€ – cost = 40738€.
Apartment sold for 40 738€.
My initial investment 3600€. In the end got back 4654€.
My profit from investing 3600€ was 1054€.

Apartment #1 Income 16,05€. So far no problems with the apartment nor the rent payments. Overall a superb tenant!
Private real-estate Sold the private real-estate apartment.

Stock investments
I opened a private account on Revolut and decided to start investing with small sums into the stock market. The Revolut mobile app is fairly easy to use and the transactions are basically instantaneous.
20th November 2020 – I bought 0.11909403 shares of TSLA for 59.26$ @ 497.59$ a share.
7th January 2021 – Bought 0.07556585 shares of TSLA for 61.33 USD @ 811,61$ a share
At the end of the month the price of TSLA stock was 687.2 USD a share.

I am using Binance as my cryptocurrency exchange ever since I started investing in 2017.

This includes both Binance + Revolut cryptocurrency investments.

This blog isn’t getting much traffic, hence I don’t think it’s even reasonable to run ads here.
However the niche site I am building is getting more traffic and I’ve set up Google Adsense for now, I tried applying to Ezoic, but they rejected me and now I have to wait 1 year to re-apply … My goal was to get 10k visitors per month and use Ezoic ads, but oh well.
The next and very big milestone is to get 50k visitors and get approved to MediaVine.
