Hello and welcome, here is my portfolio update December 2019.
I want to start out by wishing you all a Happy New Year and best of luck in the magical year of 2020!
Firstly, in the beginning of the month UpSteam announced that they will be launching a new campaign to raise money. The first maximum goal of the campaign was reached within less than 24 hours! I made a small mistake in the process of investing, but I still ended up making an investment of 1264,92€ into the UpSteam 2 Syndicate.
Secondly and probably the biggest NEWS on the P2P lending scene is the “KUETZAL IS A SCAM” case.
Some P2P bloggers are determined that Kuetzal is a scam, they have loads of concerns about the P2P lending platform.

Also, on 12th January 2020 Kuetzal has sent out an email to all investors on the platform and things don’t look good at all. I truly hope that all the projects will have a successfull finish and investors will get their money back.

Let’s dive deeper into the numbers
In December I invested another 370€ to a B2P loan. As you can see from the graph below, the income from investments has been steady between 220 to 240 euros. And the most interesting part is that I have withdrawn pretty decent sums from different platforms, yet the income is still consistant. For example 2K from Twino and 1.3K from Omaraha.
The main reason why the income hasn’t risen in the recent month is that I have been investing into different Syndicates at Funderbeam. These investments are not similar to P2P investments and do not pay out interest daily. Yet they still can rise in value and produce even better ROI than an average P2P platform. Of course all investments involve some degree of risk.
My total passive income from investments from January 2018 to December 2019:
Mintos
Total of 5000 euros invested in Mintos and the platform generated me a total of 42,58€ of interests.
In December the interest kept on plummeting, but luckily for us, there were some 12%+ loans out there, which of course I invested into. As you can see on the account overview, I have only a little over euro on the account now, instead of 1800€+. So the interest income should rise rapidly next month of the one after.

Envestio
In December I earned a total of 7,81€ of interest in Envestio, which translates to 3rd best month since the start.
Once again Envestio published 4 projects in December, which isn’t something spectacular, but it’s something.

Estateguru
Estateguru is probably one of the only P2B lending platforms that deals with “charity projects”. And it was nice to see once again that just before X-Mas they had a project up, which a charity logo on the project, which gave 0.5% of the total loan sum to a charity.

Two consecutive months of interest income for the private account! And a new personal account interest income is now at 6,1€.

Crowdestate

B2P loans
Nothing much to add, the business to peers loan have been going well and the interests keep on coming!
Real-estate
Apartment #2 is now SOLD, selling date was in the middle of September 2019.
Total investment 37 450€.
Property #2 sold for a price 41 300€ – cost = 40738€.
Apartment sold for 40 738€.
My initial investment 3600€. In the end got back 4654€.
My profit from investing 3600€ was 1054€.

Apartment #1 Income 16,05€. So far no problems with the apartment nor the rent payments. Overall a superb tenant!
Private real-estate Sold the private real-estate apartment.
Bondora
In June 2018, I decided to exit from Bondora. A year has gone by and I don’t even miss Bondora! It was the first platform I started investing in with just 10.1€ being the first deposit. Crazy right? It has served me well, even though I made lots of rookie mistakes, I am exiting with positive vibes. Farewell Bondora!

Omaraha
No more cashdrag at Omaraha! Why? Because I decided to lower the interest even lower and the loans started to go out. Now the account is almost deplited of funds and everything gets invested once again.
Total profit from Omaraha accounts were 72,87€.
Twino
The EXIT from TWINO has been succesfull!
I have exited from TWINO with my 2 company accounts, which both had a total of 1000 euros invested over 3 years.
Company L account started investing at Twino on 23rd January 2017 and had a successfull exit at 8th December 2019.
L account exited with a total profit of 186,73€.
Company M account started investing at Twino on 17th January 2018 and had a successfulll exit at 8th December 2019.
M account total profit 109,19€.

Reinvest24
Third month investing at Reinvest24 and received a payment to my investing account. Received 0.61€ of dividends. 
UpSteam Syndicate
As I mentioned beforehand UpSteam ran another campaign on FunderBeam, which surpassed their maximum goal of 700k€ within less than 24 hours of launching the campaign. They decided to raise the maximum to 1M€, but they exceeded that goal also and finally there were 1.52M€ invested into the UpSteam 2 Syndicate. Total of 883 investors from 24 countries.
I made a small mistake and did not participate in the first few days, when the campaign was in private mode. I had the privilege to make an investment in the private mode because I had invested in the first syndicate. This would’ve guaranteed me a full investment worth of shares, but as the campaign raised a lot more than the maximum was and I made my investment when the campaign was already public, I now get less shares.
I hope I explained it well enough, for example. I wanted to invest 2000€, but instead the investment proposal was made to me at 1264,92€. It’s something. I hope UpSteam continues to perform well in the following years.
Information:
In October 2018, I made a small investment of 340€ at Funderbeam into the company called UpSteam. As of December 2019, my shares are worth 1666€.
More than a year has passed since my initial investment into UpSteam and the value has risen from 340€ to 1666€.

As I’ve mentioned before, I am pretty sure that we will not see any kind of substantial rise of the price until spring. I haven’t bought ice cream in ages, have you? Who even buys ice cream in the midle of the winter?

#1 Blog income: TargetCircle/CircleWise and Bonusway
In June I decided to put the blog income and affiliate comissions into the same graph, hence the numbers are a bit bigger now. This is the part I get as excited as you guys!
In December the blog and affiliate comissions generated 274,90€.

As my products are not the kind you’d gift for someone for X-mas, I did not expect increase in sales in December. I was expecting a drop in sales as people spend money on gifts.
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that I had that many sales in the middle of the month, but as I suspected, when the holidays came around the sales stopped instantly.
December’s total revenue: 512,06€.
Shipping costs: 38,2.
Total profit from sales: 154,34€.

Still no sales from Siteground, but I don’t even mind. I get it that every single one of you might have their own preferred webhost, but trust me. Siteground is on the next level.
