Yet another month has passed and it is time to update the numbers.
Also what a hot summer it has been so far, right?

Enough of words, let’s talk in numbers!
Private account interests received:
Bondora.com 4,83€
Twino.eu 1,02€
Omaraha.ee 3,32€
Loss from sold loans – 4,05€
Interests received from private P2P in July 2017 = 9,04€ – 4,05€ (loss) = 4,99€
No withdrawals nor deposists were made to/from the private accounts at July.
Company interests received:
In June I added 1000 euros to my Omaraha account and now some of that has already been invested, yet about 800+ euros are still waiting for new loans.

My comments to the returns
Earned a total of 109,26€ in July with my private and company’s accounts.
The interest received went down a little bit only because of the loss from sold loans at Omaraha.
Property #1
No problems with the apartment nor the rent payments.
Overall a superb tenant!
Property #2
In March, me and my fellow business partners bought one more apartment, which is located at the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. I have a total of 3600 euros invested in the apartment, which is generating me 27,40€ per month.
No problem with the tenant so far, keeps on paying the rent and everything is OK!
Omaraha
In June I added an extra 1000 euros to my Omaraha account.
Portfolio balance is now at 3234,11. Eventhough I had my first loss from sold loans, I am not worried about that at all. The site is producing good numbers.
Omaraha July interests 70,56€ and loss from sold loans 13,58€.
Which means the profit was 56,35€.

Everything works well, money is generating more monay and can’t complain about anything.
