Summer is finally here and let’s kick things off with another portfolio update.
Spring was tremendously successful, will the trend continue?

Private account interests received:
Bondora.com 4,92€
Twino.eu 1,01€
Omaraha.ee 3,44€
Interests received from private P2P in June 2017 = 9,04€.
No withdrawals nor deposists were made to/from the private accounts at June.
Company interests received:
First six months lending at crowdlending platforms have been awesome.
I’ve been surely and steadily earning interests from investments and reinvested them.
Also I added yet another 1000 euros to my Omaraha account, because the interest rates and XIRR has been through the roof.

My comments to the returns
Earned a total of 86,32€ in June with my private and company’s accounts.
The interest received went down a little bit only because of the loss from sold loans at Omaraha.
Property #1
No problems with the apartment nor the rent payments.
Overall a superb tenant!
Property #2
In March, me and my fellow business partners bought one more apartment, which is located at the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. I have a total of 3600 euros invested in the apartment, which is generating me 27,40€ per month.
No problem with the tenant so far, keeps on paying the rent and everything is OK!
Omaraha
In June I added an extra 1000 euros to my Omaraha account.
Portfolio balance is now at 3234,11. Eventhough I had my first loss from sold loans, I am not worried about that at all. The site is producing good numbers.
Twino
Everything works well, money is generating more monay and can’t complain about anything.
