Anyways, March was lots of fun and but most importantly, SPRING IS HERE!

The snow and ice are close to gone, yet the cold weather hasn’t given up yet, but it will, I know it will!

Speaking of spring and warmer weather, it’s time to get your bikes out and enjoy the city or landscapes, whichever you prefer!
Therefore, in March, well actually in February, I decided to invest yet in another company, this time the company’s name is Bikeep.

Bikeep …

… is a a smart bike sharing rack, which also locks personal bikes. The Racks are great for attracting additional customers and making extra revenues.

Their vision is that anyone can either borrow a Bike-Sharing bike for a short ride or lock their personal Bike securely without a personal bike-lock, all in one Smart Bike-Rack. All you in need is one intuitive app to use all the Smart-rack features (Info from Bikeep syndicate).
The syndicate came out and investors invested more than 1.15 million euros into Bikeep. Maybe another masterpiece from Estonia, just like as Skype and Taxify? Let’s hope so!

Also, I am still exiting from Twino, as of 31.03.2019, there were still 451,29€ and 360,55€ on two seperate accounts.
I will not yet exit with my private account, unless I really have to.

My comments to the returns

March was a lot of fun. New investments and seeing the passive income raise once again. A huge boulder was lifted from my shoulders.
Let’s not have another 20% decrease in passive income anymore, please!

My total passive income from investments from January 2018 to March 2019:

Mintos

I have a total of 5000 euros invested in Mintos and the platform generated me a total of 47,8€ of interests.
Lowest interest since last year’s august. Not bad at all actually.
I wondered why and changed my mintos auto invest settings a bit. I hope in the future I will have a better ROI.

Estateguru

Estateguru has ups and downs all the times, because it often has bullet-loans and when a project is finished there will be a spike in the graphics. Just like it is from last year’s September to this year’s March. This is all part of a plan and nothing to worry about.

Crowdestate

Slowly but surely getting those interests in from Crowdestate as well. All of my 500€ have been invested and are working hard!

B2P loans

Nothing much to add, the business to peers loan have been going well and the interests keep on coming!

Real-estate

Apartment #1
Income 16,05€.
So far no problems with the apartment nor the rent payments.
Overall a superb tenant!

Private real-estate
As I mentioned, in November I sold the private real-estate apartment. Will write about this transaction in the near future.

Apartment #2
In March 2017, me and my fellow business partners bought one more apartment, which is located at the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. I have a total of 3600 euros invested in the apartment, which is generating me 27,40€ per month.

Due to the location of the apartment, the tenants are a bit fishy. Me and my fellow investors have a small concern about the unpaid utility bills and we are thinking of selling the place. It would be a pretty cool sight to see, due to the fact that we haven’t calculated the profit numbers yet. I imagine the profit will be huge!

The apartment is for sale right now and we are expecting more than a 10K+ profit from the sale!

Bondora 

In June 2018, I decided to exit from Bondora.
It was the first platform I started investing in with just 10.1€ being the first deposit. Crazy right? It has served me well, even though I made lots of rookie mistakes, I am exiting with positive vibes. Farewell Bondora!

I will keep posting about Bondora for some few months MAX, then I will stop, due to the lack of investments in that P2P platform.

Omaraha

Omaraha’s company account interests 86,06€ and loss from sold loans 13,31€. Which means the profit was 72,75€.

Under private account there was a total of 5,73€ of profit and zero loss from sold loans, which means a total of 78,48€ of profit from Omaraha.

The loans were going out fast in March, but at the end of the month, I still have more than 100€ on the account. Maybe the interests are going down once again? I hope not.

Twino

In March the exit continued and I withdrawed another 431€ of available cash out of Twino and I will keep on exiting from that platform.
As I mentioned above, I will exit with my companies accounts, but will still be investing with my private account.

UpSteam Syndicate

In October, I made a small investment of 340€ at Funderbeam into the company called UpSteam. My shares are worth 673,2€.

In March they announced that the next market they will expand to will be Finland. The expansion will start in the summer.
The UpSteam app is also in large part complete but some bug testing, fixes, integrations etc need to be done yet. Will be revealed on 20th May the latest, hopefully sooner.

Tanker Brewery Syndicate

In September 2018, I made a small investment of 500€ at Funderbeam into the company called Tanker Brewery. At March my shares were worth 475€.

Bikeep Syndicate

In March 2018, I invested 500€ into Bikeep through Funderbeam.

At the end of month, luckily my first investment of 500 was still worth 500€, but hopefully it will raise after they open the market.

Losses

13,31€ of loss at the site Omaraha. At least it wasn’t as bad as February, but still a loss, all of it from Omaraha.

Blog income

In March, the blog generated a decent 91,71€ of income on its own.
It isn’t as much as the last month, but atleast I am doing something right. My blog’s main reason is to log my own investments and share/receive information with all of my readers. Let’s keep this symbiosis going and grow it even further!

Blog statistics

In March, I had a total of 840 visitors at the blog, which isn’t a new record, but I am super happy with the results!

Visitors: 840 (-11,3%)
Page views: 2515 (+24,81%). Views per one visitor raised from 2.16 to 2.99, which is a good thing. Readers are engaging more than ever before.

Also, in the middle of March, I decided to stop the Google ads for a bit, because I would like to see the growth more organically, I want the visitors to reach my site naturally. Like Googling or by seeing someone sharing my articles. But in that short timespan, I had a total of 10 229 impressions and 461 clicks = 4,48% CTR. Which is a pretty good CTR.

Google Analytics stats about the blog

Firstly, I made my blog more secure by changing it from HTTP to HTTPS. Hopefully this has a big impact in the eyes of Google Search Engine and I will have even better ratings and numbers at the end of April.

In March 2019, I had a total of 187 keywords shown at Google.
Total of 51 clicks and 2363 impressions, which is 2,03% CTR. Not the best, but oh well, atleast my keywords keep on getting ranked!

The average position of keywords keeps on dropping (which is a good thing) and now is at 28 (was 30).
The main goal is to have loads of important keywords at the front page (top 10) or even top 3.
If I keep the SEO clean and Google keeps on ranking my keywords, it will definitely help a lot to get traffic to the blog.
