Portfolio update October 2016

Hello!

I am back at it again with the October 2016 portfolio monthly update!

Let’s start with some bad news from Bondora.com. Here is the thing, Bondora.com just turned off the opportunity to manually invest in the loans.
Therefore you can only invest in Bondora.com by setting up the “Portfolio manager”. Luckily, a month ago, I decided that I won’t be depositing anymore of my funds to the Bondora investing account. So YAY for me!

Hence, I will be only depositing my funds only to Twino.eu and/or Omaraha.ee.

Private account interests received:

Bondora.com 5,52€
Twino.eu 0,33€
Omaraha.ee 0,62€

Interests received from private P2P in October 2016 = 6,47€.

Company interests:

In May I bought my first real-estate and started renting it out, read more about it here – https://financefreedom.eu/portfolio-update-may-2016/

Property #1 – My small stake at the newly acquired apartment generates me 16,29€ of income per month! (You gotta start somewhere!)
Property #2 – COMING SOON!

Total amount of interests received 22,76€!

This concludes the Portfolio update October 2016!

Finance Freedom

Hi! My name is Lukas, I am in my mid 20’s and I am an engineer from Estonia. I started investing at 2014, so I have been investing for over 6 years. In addition, I was 20 years old, when I started my first company and just 21 years of age, when I made my first investments. I was hooked instantly! In this blog I will be documenting my journey towards financial freedom.
