Year 2016 roundup – New records & SKY’s the limit!

Dream big

It’s finally here! The moment I have been waiting for!

Year 2016 in numbers.

500,86€ – The number I invested under my private accounts, in different P2P platforms.

1900€ – The investment I made under my company, which was used to buy real-estate.

Private account received interests in 2016:

Bondora.com – 52,26€
Twino.eu – 3,47€
Omaraha.ee – 4,85€

Private account interests received in year 2016 – 60,58€.

Company:

In May 2016, I bought my first real-estate – https://financefreedom.eu/portfolio-update-may-2016/

Which generated me 16,29€ interests per month for 7 months in this year.

Interests received with company in year 2016 – 114,03€.

TOTAL SUM OF INTERESTS RECEIVED IN YEAR 2016 – 174,61€!

In the year 2015, I received 30,51€ of interests. Comparing year 2015 to year 2016, the interests climbed a whopping 572,3%!

My goals for year 2016:

  1. Invest a minimum of 50€ per month to my private investing accounts – At the year 2016, I invested 500,86€, which is ~41,74€ per month. Not that off the goal, but still didn’t complete it.
  2. When the portfolio increases, make sure to diversify – At the end of the year 2016, I was investing in Bondora.com, Twino.eu and Omaraha.ee.  Hence, I will not be putting anymore money to my private Bondora account. Thus can say, that my investments were kind of diversified.
  3. Triple the last years interests by the end of 2016. Year 2015 interests were 30,51€, tripling means 91,53€ – Under my private investment accounts I gathered a total of 60,58€ of interests + 114,03€ with my company, which puts me close to 2 times over the set goal at 174,61€ by the end of the year 2016!
