Why is my NAT aka Net Annual Return only at 8.5%, while others have 11+% or even higher? All because I needed cash & fast during the 2020 March epidemic break out. I sold majority of my portfolio in just a couple of days for a small amount of loss (-413.09€), displayed as “Secondary Market Transactions + Service fees” in the picture bellow. Before the sell my NAT was somewhere near 12%.
