Hello!
January has gone past pretty fast, already 1/12th of the year gone. Wow, that escalated quickly.
So far my crowdlending strategy has gone well, it’s been over 2 years since I first started investing in P2P loans.
Enough of words, let’s talk in numbers!

My comments to the returns
Earned a total of 257,49€ in January with my private and company’s accounts.
There was a small loss from sold loans under the company account, which was 4,19€.
Mintos
I have a total of 5000 euros invested in Mintos and the platform generated me a total of 55,98€ of interests.
At the end of January I changed my tactics and tuned my auto investing settings.
So far I have been investing only in Mintos MOGO loans (car loans), but from now on my auto investing system will also start listing loans from other originators, such as aasa, Banknote, Credissimo etc etc.
All with “Buyback Guarantee” of course.
Loan types vary from personal loans to pawnbroking loans.
Also as I’ve had bad experience with Spain loans, I excluded the whole country from my settings. For me it just seems too fishy …
At the end of January 2019 the Net Annual Return was a hefty 11,86%.
A total of 627,36€ of profit earned so far!
Estateguru
Estateguru has been producing great numbers, so far I have invested a total of 1100€ at that real estate crowdlending platform. Under my company’s account I have invested in 19 loans and the net annual return is 10,95% and my private account is producing even better numbers as it’s net annual return is 12,83%!
Crowdestate
A new record of 2,70€ of interest received. One of 5 loans was already paid back. Invested 100€ and in 4 months got back 103,74€, which the system says is 11,6% XIRR, not bad at all!
B2P loans
Nothing much to add, the business to peers loan have been going well and the interests keep on coming!
Real-estate
Apartment #1
Income 16,05€.
So far no problems with the apartment nor the rent payments.
Overall a superb tenant!
Private real-estate
As I mentioned, in November I sold the private real-estate apartment. Will write about this transaction in the near future.
Apartment #2
In March 2017, me and my fellow business partners bought one more apartment, which is located at the capital of Estonia, Tallinn. I have a total of 3600 euros invested in the apartment, which is generating me 27,40€ per month.
Due to the location of the apartment, the tenants are a bit fishy. Me and my fellow investors have a small concern about the unpaid utility bills and we are thinking of selling the place. It would be a pretty cool sight to see, due to the fact that we haven’t calculated the profit numbers yet. I imagine the profit will be huge!
The apartment is for sale right now and we are expecting more than a 10K+ profit from the sale!
Bondora
In June 2018, I decided to exit from Bondora.
It was the first platform I started investing in with just 10.1€ being the first deposit. Crazy right? It has served me well, even though I made lots of rookie mistakes, I am exiting with positive vibes. Farewell Bondora!
I will keep posting about Bondora for some few months MAX, then I will stop, due to the lack of investments in that P2P platform.
Omaraha
Omaraha’s company account interests 82,23€ and loss from sold loans 4,19€.
Which means the profit was 78,04€.
Under private account there was a total of 4,53€ of profit, which means a total of 82,57€ of profit from Omaraha.
In January I received news about Omaraha, that it’s big fish investors are looking for better deals and decided to quit from Omaraha. Thus the interest rates have skyrocketed. Loan interest rates were going down and the money kept on dragging, but now as I’ve experimented as well, the percentage is up close to 10%.
I am thinking that Omaraha has been advertising more than usually, so there are loads of new clients and more profit to be earned!
Twino
Twino has been producing average numbers, but one of my company’s account is somewhy in decline and I am withdrawing money out of it.
My private account and the second company’s account will keep on investing.
It took me a while to get the numbers for this month’s update, due to the problems I was having at Twino’s site. It even has a warning up “Some investor views are experiencing technical difficulties, we are working hard to restore full capacity.”
I was one of those investors and the site was and still is functioning at half speed. I had to use magic to receive my numbers for this month’s update!
This and some other smaller problems are the main reasons, why I am withdrawing money from Twino and placing it elsewhere.
UpSteam Syndicate
In October, I made a small investment of 340€ at Funderbeam into the company called UpSteam. At January the shares worth skyrocketed to 646€.

Tanker Brewery Syndicate
In September 2018 I made a small investment of 500€ at Funderbeam into the company called Tanker Brewery. At January my shares were worth 475€.

Losses
Very close to a record low “losses” month. Only a 4,19€ of loss at the site Omaraha. Hopefully this trend will continue.
Blog income
In January 2019, the blog generated a hefty 51,51€ of income on its own.
Slowly and steady wins the race, right? My blog’s main reason is to log my own investments and share/receive information with all of my readers. Let’s keep this symbiosis going and grow it even further!
Blog statistics
In January 2019, I had a total of 200 visitors at the blog, which is very close to a new record, maybe in February we can top that?!
Visitors: 200 (+58%)
Page views: 428 (+45,09%)
Also I spent 10,52€ at Google Ads to promote my site.
Had a total of 5807 impressions, yet only 132 click = 2,27% CTR. Which is close to terrible, BUT I know the reason why. Too broad audience and not specific enough keywords is the real problem here. I will remove those too broad keywords for sure and look for better results.
Google Analytics stats about the blog
In January 2019, I had a total of 28 keywords shown at Google.
Total of 9 clicks and 149 impressions, which is a decent 6,04% CTR.
Average position of keywords was 39, of which 3 were even ranked 1’st place and the two worst at 78 and 80th place.
If I keep the SEO clean and Google starts ranking my keywords, it will definitely help a lot to get traffic to my blog.
This concludes the Portfolio update of January!
