Hello and welcome, here is my portfolio update August 2019.
One, two, three. Just as fast as that the summer months are over.
Overall, I felt like August was kind of a slow month for my investments, business and for the blog as well, yet the blog kept on growing and so did the referral income.
By the way, down below, I will be revealing one of my side hustles, but I need your thoughts on how to display the income from it.
Also the CEO of Reinvest24 contacted me, why? Continue reading to find out why!
Anyways, enough of words.
Let’s check out how well my investments worked for me!

My feedback to the returns
In August I invested yet another 370€ to a B2P loan. Same story as last month, the exit from Twino continues. I have a bit more than 40 euros still stuck in different investments. Once they are done, I am out with my companies accounts.
My total passive income from investments from January 2018 to August 2019:
I have a total of 5000 euros invested in Mintos and the platform generated me a total of 58,63€ of interests, which happens to be a NEW RECORD!
In August my total received interest reached the 1000€ mark and now my acccount is worth tad over 6000€.
In the downside, Mintos had some of the worst cashdrag I have ever witnessed on the platform since the beginning of 2018.
I had over 950+ euros just laying around and doing nothing for me. Collecting dust, figuratively. So I decided to lower the interest on outgoing loans and I was back in action. But just by lowering interest rates a bit, can affect my results in the long run by a landslide …
But some good news aswell. My investments at Mintos have now generated over 1000€ of total profit since I started!
In August I earned a total of 7,1€ of interest in Envestio. Only 3 projects launched in August, luckily I didn’t even have spare cash on the account, so no problems there. But hopefully they can bring back those juicy projects with high interest rates.
Sign up to Envestio through my referral link, you will get a 5€ bonus when you deposit at least 100€. In addition, you will also get a 0,5% cash back on all your investments the first 270 days. That’s 9 full months!

My Estateguru accounts interests income in August 2019: 3,29€.
Just another classic month at Crowdestate. 2,98 euros of interest were received.
Nothing much to add, the business to peers loan have been going well and the interests keep on coming!
Apartment #1 Income 16,05€. So far no problems with the apartment nor the rent payments. Overall a superb tenant!
Private real-estate As I mentioned, in November, I sold the private real-estate apartment.
Apartment #2 – SOLD at the end of July 2019. (Will make a post about the figures in the near future)
In June 2018, I decided to exit from Bondora. A year has gone by and I don’t even miss Bondora! It was the first platform I started investing in with just 10.1€ being the first deposit. Crazy right? It has served me well, even though I made lots of rookie mistakes, I am exiting with positive vibes. Farewell Bondora!
Exited from Bondora with a loss of 65,57€!
Omaraha’s company account interests 88,8€ and loss from sold loans 10,24€. Which means the profit was 78,56€.
Under private account there was a total of 5,38€ of profit, which means a total of 83,94€ of profit from Omaraha.
EXIT from Twino still continues, a total of 50€ still in investments. As I’ve mentioned before, I will exit with my companies accounts, but will still be investing with my private account. So you should be expecting the Twino income to drop down close to 1€ a month.
Incredible story. Just a few weeks ago, the CEO of Reinvest24 contacted me and he made me an offer. Offer was that I would sign up to their site and they will make a 100€ deposit onto the new account, so I could start investing at Reinvest24 platform. Well, why the heck not? Can’t say no to a free meal, right?
So I made my first investment into a project called “Land plot with existing cash flow and development potential”.
Did you notice anything strange too?
If you noticed “transaction cost 1.96€” you are on point. It is the first time I am paying a fee to invest into a project on any P2P or Real-estate investment platform. But heck, they gave me a 100 euros to invest with so I’ll check the platform out.
In October, I made a small investment of 340€ at Funderbeam into the company called UpSteam. As of August 2019, my shares are worth 928,2€.

Tanker Brewery Syndicate
In September 2018, I made a small investment of 500€ at Funderbeam into the company called Tanker Brewery. In August my shares were worth 475€.

In March 2019, I invested 500€ into Bikeep through Funderbeam. As of 31th August the investment was worth 495€.
Bikeep bike racks in the Estonia’s Freedom Square, just packed with bikes, like it should be!

La Muu Syndicate
At the end of August my La Muu investment was worth 423,28€.
The investment worth is now lower than the initial investment. Was it really just a hype or will they make a comeback? I hope they do, their icecreams are yummy!

10,24€ of loss at the P2P site Omaraha. Overall a pretty “good” loss from sold loans at Omaraha. Haven’t had this less loss from sold loans since January 2019. I hope the trend continues.
#1 Blog income
In June I decided to put the blog income and affiliate comissions into the same graph, hence the numbers are a bit bigger now.
This is the part of some of you have waited for!
In August, the blog and affiliate comissions generated 546,2€, which is the second highest income EVER!
My blog’s main reason is to log my own investments and share/receive information with all of you. But if you wish to create an account and invest on the same platforms as I. Check the referral links throughout my blog which usually provide bonuses.
Remember, investing is marathon not a sprint, every single cent counts!
I display two different incomes under the blog income. One is referral income from TargetCircle and the other one is affiliate income from Bonusway. Also there are some other referral links on the blog, but since they have not generated no income yet, they are not included in the list.
Bonusway – I use it to save money while e-shopping or booking ONLINE. Read more at https://financefreedom.eu/save-money-when-e-shopping-or-booking-online/
A really simple way to save up money, especially on housing and from them random orders on AliExpress … (You know what I mean, we’ve all done it!)
Considering this blog is mostly dedicated to finance and logging my pursuit on becoming financially free, the TargetCircle referral links usually earn me a lot more than Bonusway affiliate links or any other side hustle income. Or do they?
#2 E-shop revenue
I haven’t told you guys yet, but I’ve been secretly running an e-commerce shop, which is slowly starting to pick up.
Anyways, in July the e-shop generated a revenue of 267,3€. Average gross daily sales were 8,62€ and a total number of 8 orders were placed in July. The big ~140€ spike was due to the 1 wholesale deal I made and I thought I’d be best suited to be included in the July sales.
As for August, the revenue was at 270,99€, a total of 17 orders were placed and 54 items purchased.
Main reason why I didn’t reveal this side hustle project earler was that I didn’t know how to display the extra revenue/income. Any thoughts/ideas?
Blog stats for August 2019
What can I say? A RECORD, AGAIN! A total of 3643 (+8,45%) visitors visited my blog and had a total of 8313 (+12,58%) views. Amazing!
Google Analytics queries/keywords stats about the blog
In August 2019, I had a total of 512 (-28) keywords shown at Google. Recorded a total of 307 clicks and 8541 impressions, which calculates to a 3,59% CTR.
The numbers in August went down a bit, but yet the click-through ratio rose.
August has usually been a very slow and dull month for many businesses and I am guessing it’s almost the same for blogging. People are enjoying summer and most of them have vacations planned in August. But just to make sure that I was on track, I asked one of my favourite bloggers the following questions about his, Ryan Robinson‘s, blog (check the picture below).
